积雪草酸治疗糖尿病及其并发症临床前研究进展

摘　　要：积雪草酸作为传统中草药植物积雪草中的主要活性成分,其在伤口愈合方面具有显著治疗作用。近年来有研究发现,积雪草酸能够提高抗氧化相关蛋白表达,从而保护胰岛β细胞对抗氧化应激损伤,促进细胞增殖。此外,积雪草酸还可减轻肝脏线粒体氧化应激水平,逆转胰岛素抵抗现象,并通过上调胰岛素受体相关蛋白表达,提高骨骼肌的胰岛素敏感性,改善葡萄糖稳态。同时积雪草酸对糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心血管病、糖尿病伤口愈合等相关糖尿病并发症也表现出很好的治疗作用。本文总结了近年来积雪草酸治疗糖尿病及其并发症领域的研究进展,以期为积雪草酸相关临床研究与应用提供参考。Asiatic acid,the main active ingredient in traditional herbal medicine of Centella asiatica,has significant therapeutic effects in wound healing.In recent years,it has been found that asiatic acid can increase the expressions of antioxidant-related proteins,thereby protecting isletβcells against the damage of oxidative stress and promoting cell proliferation.Additionally,asiatic acid can also ameliorate the oxidative stress of liver tissue addressed in mitochondria,reverse the phenomenon of insulin resistance,and improve the insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscle by upregulating the expressions of insulin reception-related proteins,thus playing the important role in improving glucose homeostasis.Furthermore,asiatic acid has also shown good therapeutic effects on related complications of diabetes such as diabetic nephropathy,diabetic cardiovascular disease and diabetic wound healing.This article summarizes recent progresses in the treatment of diabetes and its complications with the use of asiatic acid,in order to provide a reference for further research on its clinical research and application.
