摘 要:排种器作为播种机的核心部件之一,其工作性能直接影响播种作业质量。市场现有的精量排种器种类众多,但对于播种辣椒的精密排种器相对较少,且作业稳定性较差,为提升辣椒播种机排种器的作业质量,对其各部件进行功能性研究,并进行试验分析,进行优化设计。试验表明:采用一组三孔式结构,一穴三粒率88%;分种盘、取种盘优化设计,刷毛与断气孔错位布置后,空穴率小于1%,播种性能更优,满足辣椒播种农艺需求。As one of the core components of a seeder,the working performance of the seeder directly affects the quality of the seeding operation.There are many types of precision seeders available in the market,but there are relatively few precision seeders for sowing chili peppers,and the operation stability is poor.In order to improve the operation quality of the chili pepper seeder,functional research is conducted on its various components,and experimental analysis is conducted to optimize the design.The experiment shows that using a set of three hole structures,the rate of one hole and three particles is 88%;The optimized design of the seed tray and seed picking tray,with the staggered arrangement of bristles and broken pores,results in a hole rate of less than 0.1%and better sowing performance,meeting the agricultural needs of chili pepper sowing.
