摘 要:为避免布袋除尘器在使用过程中出现除尘效率过低或设备高配低用造成浪费,采用三维建模软件对加装了布袋除尘器、密闭罩的煤矿粉煤灰卸灰仓转载点的整套粉尘治理系统建模,并运用CFD流体动力学软件Fluent对其内部流场进行数值模拟。通过调节布袋除尘器排气口风速,得到不同风速下的整套系统的除尘效果、需风量及总阻力,优选出最佳风速,从而确定适合系统的滤袋、风机、管路等设备。将优选好的设备进行现场应用,密闭罩两端开口处的粉尘浓度分别从607.4、54.7 mg/m^(3)降到3.7、0.3 mg/m^(3),降尘效率分别为99.4%、99.5%,除尘效果满足需求且无浪费。In order to avoid the bag filter in the use of the process of dust removal efficiency is too low or the equipment is high power with low use caused by waste,a three-dimensional modeling software was used to model the entire dust control system of the coal mine fly ash unloading bin transfer point equipped with a bag filter and a closed cover.The internal flow field was numerically simulated using CFD fluid dynamics software Fluent.By adjusting the wind speed at the exhaust port of the bag filter,the dust removal effect,required air volume,and total resistance of the entire system were obtained at different wind speeds.The optimal wind speed was selected to determine the suitable filter bag,fan,pipeline and other equipment for the system.The optimized equipment was applied in the field,and the dust concentration at the openings of the two ends of the closed cover was reduced from 607.4,54.7 mg/m^(3)to 3.7,0.3 mg/m^(3),respectively;the dust reduction efficiency reached 99.4%,99.5%,respectively;the dust removal effect meet the demand without waste.
