摘　　要：文章主要针对转炉的生铁块补渣面技术进行了阐述。通过理论和实践相结合,生铁块补炉工艺得到稳定应用,有效缓解加料作业对渣面炉衬的冲刷及机械磨损,解决了生产组织与炉体养护之间的矛盾,生产效能提升,经济效益显著增加。The article mainly elaborates on the technology of adding slag to pig iron blocks.By combining theory and practice,the pig iron block furnace repair process has been stably applied,effectively alleviating the erosion and mechanical wear of the slag surface lining during feeding operations,solving the contradiction between production organization and furnace maintenance,improving production efficiency,and achieving significant economic benefits.
