摘 要:随着新能源汽车的普及和发展,制动系统的安全性能评估和改进成为一个重要的研究方向。该文通过对新能源汽车制动系统的分析和评估,发现制动器本身会出现磨损、故障或结构性机械问题。针对这些问题,提出对制动器材料的选择与应用进行改进,并对其进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,该改进方案可以提高新能源汽车制动系统的安全性能。With the popularization and development of new energy vehicles,the safety performance evaluation and improvement of braking system has become an important research direction.Through the analysis and evaluation of the braking system of new energy vehicles,it is found that the brake itself will wear,malfunction or structural mechanical problems.In view of these problems,this paper proposes to improve the selection and application of brake materials,and it is verified by experiments.The research results show that the safety performance of the new energy vehicle braking system can be improved by this improvement scheme.
