摘 要:随着环保要求的提高,铬公害问题越来越受到人们的关注,RH炉真空槽耐材无铬化在普钢生产中已经得到推广和使用,但由于特钢冶炼的特殊性,无铬耐材真空槽使用寿命无法保障,制约特钢生产的稳定顺行,对特钢产品质量也造成不利影响。本文结合新型RH炉真空槽无铬耐材在特钢使用情况,探讨RH炉真空槽耐材无铬化的推广和应用。As the demand for environmental protection continues to grow,the issue of Chromium pollution has garnered increasing public attention.Although Chromium-free refractory materials have been successfully promoted and utilized in Plain steel production for the vacuum chamber of RH furnace,their application in Special steel smelting presents unique challenges.The inability to ensure the service life of Chromium-free refractory materials in the vacuum chamber constrains the stable and efficient operation of Special steel production,thereby negatively impacting product quality.This study thoroughly examines the promotion and application of Chromium-free refractory materials for RH furnace vacuum chambers within the context of special steel production,focusing on their performance under these specific conditions.
