摘 要:本文先对真空烧结炉的基本组成体系展开研究,并阐述了各个系统在使用阶段中所实现的功效。然后再前后二部分研究了真空烧结炉的改进方法,着重针对外部动力设备机械泵和罗茨泵的开机组合和管路优化调整对设备真空效果的影响实行改进。在保证设备性能的前提下改造管路和设备,最终实现由两台机械泵和两台罗茨泵组合改为一台机械泵和一台罗茨泵组合,从而达到提高真空度烧结炉的利用效率的目的,并增强了稳定性和安全性。This article first conducts research on the basic composition system of vacuum sintering furnace,and elaborates on the benefits achieved by each system during the use stage.Then, the improvement methods of the vacuum sintering furnace were studied from the front and back parts,with a focus on improving the vacuum effect of the external power equipment mechanical pump and roots pump startup combination and pipeline optimization adjustment.On the premise of ensuring equipment performance,the pipeline and equipment were modified,ultimately achieving a change from a combination of two mechanical pumps and two roots pumps to a combination of one mechanical pump and one roots pump.Thus achieving the goal of improving the utilization efficiency of the vacuum sintering furnace, and enhancing stability and safety.
