回火处理对22MnB5热成形钢显微组织、力学性能及弯曲性能的影响

摘  要:在汽车上广泛使用先进高强钢,可减轻车辆自重并提高碰撞安全性。作为先进高强钢的典型代表,硼微合金钢一直是热冲压材料选择的重点。然而,显微组织为全马氏体的的热成形钢由于高强度和低韧性导致弯曲质量差。本文对比研究了不同回火工艺对22MnB5热成形钢的微观组织、力学性能及弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,最佳的回火处理工艺参数为250℃+20 min可以显著提高弯曲性能。The extensive use of advanced high-strength steels(AHSS)in automobiles can reduce vehicle weight and enhance crash safety.As a typical representative of AHSS,boron microalloyed steel has always been a focal point in the selection of materials for hot stamping.However,the steel formed by hot stamping with a microstructure of full martensite,due to its high strength and low toughness,leads to poor bending quality.This study compares the effects of different tempering processes on the micros-tructure,mechanical properties,and bendability of hot-stamped steel 22MnB5.The results indicate that the optimal tempering treatment parameters of 2500C for 20minutes can significantly improve the bendability.
