摘　　要：企业文化作为软实力,是推动国有企业高质量发展的价值向导,其作用有效发挥离不开党建的深度融入。新时代,国有企业党建融入企业文化建设工作最关键的就是将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想贯彻落实到自身企业文化建设的各环节。通过梳理新时代国有企业党建融入企业文化建设面临的形势与实践价值,分析困境,以Zcky公司为例,探讨当前国有企业党建融入企业文化建设的探索与实践。As a soft power,corporate culture is the value guide that promotes the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,and its role cannot be effectively played without the in-depth integration of party building.In the New Era,the most crucial aspect of the integration of party building into corporate culture construction in state-owned enterprises is to implement Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era into all aspects of their own corporate culture construction.By sorting out the situation and practical values facing the integration of party building into corporate culture construction of state-owned enterprises in the New Era,analysing the existing dilemmas,and taking the Zcky company as an example,the exploration and practice of the current integration of party building into corporate culture construction of state-owned enterprises is discussed.
