冠心病患者心脏康复护理文献的计量学分析

摘　　要：目的基于中国知网数据库等分析国内冠心病心脏康复护理的研究现状和存在的问题,为今后的临床实践护理提供参考。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库的中文核心期刊上,以“冠心病”“心脏康复”为关键词,检索有关冠心病心脏康复的相关文献,使用CiteSpace对2001年1月—2022年12月文献检索论文数量、发表年份及引用情况、基金资助情况、作者分析、研究内容分布进行描述性统计分析。结果本研究纳入文献388篇,2014年发文量开始呈明显上升趋势,《心血管康复医学杂志》是发表心脏康复最多的期刊,基金资助的文献共86篇,其中国家级、省部级基金资助占比分别为8.25%、7.73%。发文频次最高的作者为刘洵和石晓明,发文量都为8篇,研究内容集中于运动疗法、现状与发展趋势、康复影响因素,而关于患者心理干预、康复依从性、主要照顾者信息需求、疾病体验、感知障碍研究、跨学科康复干预等文献数量相对较少。结论基于文献计量学评价结果,我国心脏康复护理研究日益受到重视,“互联网+医院-家庭-社区三级康复”、多学科合作的心肺康复、建立适合我国国情的心脏康复专科护士的培养模式等是主要的研究热点,我国尚未形成完善的心脏康复护理模式且干预性研究质量有待提高。Objective To analyse the research status and problems of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in domestic coronary heart disease based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and other databases,to provide references for future clinical practice nursing.Methods In the Chinese core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and Wipo database,searched the relevant literature about coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation with the keywords"coronary heart disease"and"cardiac rehabilitation",and used CiteSpace to analyse the research status and problems of coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation care in China from 2001 to 2011.CiteSpace was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis of the number of papers retrieved from January 2001 to December 2022,the year of publication and citation,funding status,author analysis,and distribution of research content.Results 388 papers were included in this study,and the number of papers issued in 2014 began to show a significant upward trend,the Journal of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine is the journal that publishes the most cardiac rehabilitation,and there were a total of 86 fund-supported papers,of which the national and provincial fundsupported accounted for 8.25%and 7.73%,respectively.The authors with the highest frequency of publications were LIU Xun and SHI Xiaoming,both with 8 publications,and the studies focused on exercise therapy,current status and development trends,and rehabilitation influencing factors,while the number of publications on patient psychological interventions,rehabilitation adherence,information needs of primary caregivers,disease experience,research on perceptual barriers,and interdisciplinary rehabilitation interventions was relatively small.Conclusion Based on the results of the bibliometric evaluation,cardiac rehabilitation nursing research in China has received increasing attention,and the Internet+hospital-family-community tertiary rehabilitation,multidis
