中国式现代化背景下残疾人就业困境与提升路径研究

摘　　要：残疾人就业保障一直是党和国家关注的重要民生问题,也是中国式现代化建设的重要内容。当前我国残疾人就业困境体现在:残疾人就业权益保障制度的激励体系不完善;辅助性帮扶就业服务体系存在短板。我国残疾人就业提升路径包括:基于社会公平目标下的残疾人就业保障政策强支持;基于高质量发展目标下的残疾人就业能力高帮扶;基于共同富裕目标下的残疾人就业落地严监管。Employment guarantee for people with disabilities has always been an important livelihood issue that the Party and the government pay attention to,and it is also an important content of China’s modernization construction.The current employment difficulties for people with disabilities in China are manifested in:the imperfect incentive system for safeguarding the employment rights and interests of people with disabilities;deficiencies in the auxiliary support employment service system.It proposes paths to enhance employment for people with disabilities:Strong support for employment guarantee policies for people with disabilities based on the goal of full-process people’s democracy;High-level assistance for employment capacity for people with disabilities based on the goal of high-quality development;Strict supervision of employment landing for people with disabilities based on the goal of common prosperity.
