摘　　要：企业家精神是推动企业成长和工业高质量发展的核心生产要素,优秀的企业家及其企业家精神是极为稀缺的社会资源,是推动经济高质量发展的重要动力源。我国企业家精神是中国式现代化漫长道路探索中的历史产物,其发展演进也直接或间接推动了中国式现代化发展。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新发展阶段,更需要优秀的企业家弘扬“爱国、创新、诚信、社会责任和国际视野”的企业家精神,主动承担经济责任、政治责任与社会责任,走在时代的前列,在推进中国式现代化中展现新担当与新作为。弘扬企业家精神、推进工业高质量发展,亟需明确企业家精神在推动工业高质量发展中的内在机制与作用机理,并将二者纳入同一分析框架进行深入研究分析,这不仅具有重要的理论,也具备现实意义。由于体制和文化等因素制约,企业家精神在我国还没有得到充分激发和切实保护,企业家、优秀企业家还比较匮乏,其作用还没有得到合理、有效发挥;部分地区企业家精神更是受到较大程度的抑制,优秀企业家队伍没有很好地建立起来,企业和个人创新创业热情不高。在推进新型工业化、建设制造强国的新阶段和弘扬企业家精神意义重大。推进工业经济高质量发展,要从政府、企业家与社会三个层面创造条件、完善政策、营造适宜企业家精神发展的政策环境,推动优质企业在加快中国式现代化中展现新担当与新作为。Entrepreneurship is the core production factor that drives enterprise growth and high-quality industrial development.Excellent entrepreneurs and their entrepreneurship are extremely scarce social resources and an important driving force for promoting high-quality economic development.China's entrepreneurship is a historical product of the exploration of the long road of Chinese path to modernization,and its development has also directly or indirectly promoted the development of Chinese path to modernization.In the new development stage of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centennial goal,it is more necessary for outstanding entrepreneurs to carry forward the entrepreneurship of"patriotism,innovation,integrity,social responsibility and international vision",take the initiative to assume economic,political and social responsibilities,take the lead in the times,and show new responsibilities and new achievements in promoting Chinese path to modernization.To promote the Entrepreneurship and promote highquality industrial development,it is even more necessary to clarify the internal mechanism and action mechanism of the Entrepreneurship in promoting high-quality industrial development.Integrating the two into the same analytical framework for in-depth research and analysis has important theoretical and practical significance.Due to institutional and cultural constraints,the entrepreneurship has not been fully stimulated and effectively protected in China.Entrepreneurs and outstanding entrepreneurs are still relatively scarce,and their role has not been reasonably and effectively played;The entrepreneurship in some regions is greatly suppressed,and the excellent entrepreneurial team has not been well established,resulting in low enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship among enterprises and individuals.In the new stage of promoting new industrialization,building a strong manufacturing country,and inspiring and promoting the entrepreneurship,it is of great signi
