摘　　要：ChatGPT一经推出,便在世界范围内引发了各行业的广泛关注。文章从公共图书馆角度出发,借助SWOT模型分别从内、外两个维度分析ChatGPT技术在公共图书馆应用中的关键因素。基于构建的SWOT模型,从加快图书馆数字化转型、共建家校社合作教育体系、加强宣传推广、提供多语言支持的24小时在线服务、加强技术和数据支持、加强人员培训和管理、加强读者隐私和数据安全保护、建立信息审核机制等方面提出建议。Upon its launch,ChatGPT has garnered significant interest from various industries worldwide.This article employs the SWOT(Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,Threats)analytical framework to access the pivotal aspects influencing the adoption of ChatGPT technology in public libraries from both internal and external dimensions.Based on the constructed SWOT model,the article puts forward suggestions in terms of accelerating the digital transformation of libraries,building a cooperative education system between home,school and community,strengthening publicity and promotion,providing 24-hour online services with multi-language support,strengthening technical and data support,strengthening staff training and management,strengthening reader privacy and data security protection,and establishing an information censorship mechanism.
