摘  要:环境应力筛选是军工电子产品试制过程中的重要环节,通过进行环境应力筛选试验来剔除产品早期故障,是保证军工电子产品质量与可靠性的必要措施。基于LabVIEW程序开发与工控机的通信系统,通过计算机强大的数据处理功能和CAN总线通信协议,设计一款环境应力筛选自动化检测工艺装置,能够在无人值守的条件下,同时实现多套军工电子产品功能性能的自动检测、数据采集与存储、异常分析与报警等功能。该自动化检测装置实际应用表明,在保证环境应力筛选质量的同时,降低了人工成本,缩短了军工电子产品批量生产周期,显著提升了环境应力筛选的效率。并且自动化检测工艺装置具有较强的通用性和推广性,在环境应力筛选试验中取得了新突破。The environmental stress screening was an important step in the trial production process of military electronic products.Conducting environmental stress screening tests to eliminate early product failures was a necessary measure to en-sure the quality and reliability of military electronic products.It was designed that a communication system based on Lab-VIEW program development and industrial control computer,and through the powerful data processing function of the com-puter and the CAN bus communication protocol,an automated environmental stress screening detection process equipment was designed.It could achieve automatic detection,data acquisition and storage,abnormal analysis and alarm of multiple military electronic products under unmanned conditions.The practical application of this automated detection device showed that while ensuring the quality of environmental stress screening,it reduced labor costs,shortened the batch production cy-cle of military electronic products,and significantly improved the efficiency of environmental stress screening.The automa-ted detection process device had strong universality and generalizability,which achieved new breakthroughs in environmental stress screening tests.
