“一带一路”建设背景下“以侨为桥”助力海南自由贸易港发展的对策

摘　　要：民心相通是共建“一带一路”的重要基础。“一带一路”共建国家和地区是海外华侨重要的聚集地,作为中国经济发展不可或缺的重要力量,海外华侨始终是连接中国和“一带一路”共建国家和地区的天然桥梁。推动共建“一带一路”和海南自由贸易港建设的战略联动,是海南发展的重大机遇和职责使命。在此背景下,文章总结了海南自由贸易港发挥侨力推动“一带一路”建设的相关举措与经验,并就如何充分发挥侨界资源和优势,搭建桥梁,促进海南自由贸易港与“一带一路”共建国家和地区的合作与交流,以及如何通过政策支持和优化服务,吸引侨资侨智参与海南自由贸易港建设,推动其实现更高水平的发展提出了若干对策建议。People to people connectivity is the core for the joint construction of the BRI.As an important force indispensable to China's economic growth,overseas Chinese have always been a bridge connecting China and the BRI partners.Furthermore,the BRI partners and regions are vital gathering places for overseas Chinese.Hence,forging the synergy between the joint construction of BRI and Hainan Free Trade Port is a major opportunity,responsibility and mission for Hainan.In this context,the article summarizes the initiatives and experience of Hainan Free Trade Port in promoting the construction of BRI by leveraging the role of overseas Chinese,and promoting cooperation and exchanges between Hainan Free Trade Port and BRI partners,and how to attract overseas Chinese to participate in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port through policy support and optimization of services,so as to promote its development to a higher level.
