新时代“枫桥经验”引领区域基层社会治理的创新路径探讨

摘　　要：基层治理是国家治理的基石,统筹推进乡镇(街道)和城乡社区治理,是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础工程。新时代“枫桥经验”始终根植于中国基层社会治理实践,坚持人民主体地位,践行党的群众路线,汇聚多元社会治理主体协同合力,构建自治、德治、法治、智治相融合的多元共治体系,打造多元共治新格局,创新多元纠纷解决机制,赋能基层社会治理。文章认为,新时代“枫桥经验”在基层社会治理实践中积极探索新路径,凝聚共治发展新动能,提升基层治理效能,有助于解决社会矛盾纠纷、维护基层社会和谐安定,进而持续推进基层社会治理现代化。Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of national governance,and the coordinated promotion of township(street)and urban-rural community governance is a fundamental project for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era has always been rooted in the practice of grassroots governance in China,adhering to the core position of the people,following the Party's mass line,forging the synergy of diverse social governance entities,in an effort to build a diversified co-governance system that integrates autonomy,rule of virtue,rule of law,and intelligent governance,create a new pattern of diversified governance,develop diversified dispute resolution mechanisms,and thereby empowering grassroots governance.It's believed that in the new era,“Fengqiao Experience”vigorously explores new paths,injects new momentum for co-governance,enhances the efficiency of grassroots governance,which helps to address social conflicts and disputes,maintain social harmony and stability,and thus promoting the modernization of grassroots social governance.
