摘 要:随着我国浅部煤炭资源日益枯竭,深部开采已成为我国能源的战略需求。煤炭开采进入深部以后,煤层明显呈现出地应力高、瓦斯吸附性强、渗透性低等特征。在深部“三高一扰动”条件下,复合顶板的维护更加困难,经常出现离层、顶板下沉量大,甚至发生冒顶事故。基于此,文章以5723工作面为研究对象,分析了复合顶板变形失稳机理,利用理论分析和数值模拟分析了锚杆、锚索参数对复合顶板岩层的控制效果,并提出了采用长短锚索协同支护技术改进5723工作面原始支护方案。现场实践验证显示,工作面浅基点的离层量为18mm,深基点离层量为7mm,巷道两帮移进量为136mm,顶板下沉量为41mm,底臌量为18mm,巷道围岩变形情况符合煤矿相关作业规程的规定。With the increasing depletion of shallow coal resources in China,deep mining has become a strategic demand.After coal mining enters the deep part,the coal seam shows salient characteristics of high geostress,strong gas adsorption,and low permeability.Under the conditions of three“high”and one“disturbance”,the maintenance of composite roof is more difficult,often resulting in absciss layer,large roof subsidence,and even roof collapses.Based on this,taking the 5723 working face as examples,the thesis aims to analyze the deformation and instability of the composite roof,and uses theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the control effect of anchor rod and anchor cable parameters on the composite roof,and proposes the use of long and short anchor cable to improve the original support scheme of the 5723 working face.On-site practical verification shows that the separation amount of shallow and deep base points are 18 mm and 7 mm respectively,the displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 136 mm,the roof subsidence is 41 mm,and the floor heave is 18 mm.The deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway complies with relevant operating regulations of coal mines.
