摘　　要：文章基于文献计量方法,定量分析了第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究专项近5年来的学术产出、学术影响和社会影响情况,以期对我国青藏高原科研布局以及科技评估提供有益的参考。从产出规模来看,第二次青藏科考专项在同期为我国青藏高原研究贡献了24.94%的论文产出、60.93%的NSP期刊论文和41.90%的高影响力期刊论文。从学术影响来看,专项在同期为我国青藏高原研究贡献了25.17%的论文被引用次数和45%的学科前1%高引用论文。从社会影响来看,专项在同期为我国青藏高原研究贡献了27.89%的国际合作论文,其中近四分之一为“一带一路”国家,促进了我国的国际合作交流和“一带一路”倡议的实施。专项的近三分之一论文引用为国际引用,对我国在青藏高原研究领域的国际影响力和引领地位起到了增强和促进作用。Based on bibliometric methods,this paper quantitatively analyzes the academic output,academic impact and social impact of the second comprehensive scientific investigation and research project on the Tibetan Plateau in the past five years,in order to provide a useful reference for the scientific research layout and scientific and techno-logical evaluation of the Tibetan Plateau in China.In terms of output scale,the second scientific expedition project to Tibetan Plateau contributed 24.94%of paper output,60.93%of NSP journal papers,and 41.90%of the high-impact journal papers to the study of Tibetan Plateau during the same period.From the perspective of academic impact,the special project contributed 25.17%of the number of citations and 45%of the top 1%highly cited papers to the study of Tibetan Plateau in China during the same period.From the perspective of social impact,the special project contrib-uted 27.89%of the international cooperation papers to the study of the Tibetan Plateau in China during the same peri-od,of which nearly a quarter were the Belt and Road countries,which promoted China's international cooperation,ex-changes and the implementation of the"the Belt and Road"strategy.Nearly one-third of the papers cited in the spe-cial project were cited internationally,which played a role in enhancing and promoting China's international influence and leading position in the field of the Tibetan Plateau research.
