摘 要:以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和比浊法为对象开展土壤中有效硫测定方法的比较。结果表明:两种方法的线性关系和检出限均能满足标准NY/T 1121.14-2023规定要求,且ICP-OES法的检出限低于比浊法;ICP-OES法和比浊法的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在1.61~3.25%和2.13~5.46%范围,ICP-OES法的精密度更好,土壤标准物质的测定结果均在证书值的可控范围内;通过实际土壤样品的比对测试,比浊法成本低,但前处理复杂且稳定性不佳,耗时长,适合分析少量低浓度的土壤样品;ICP-OES法成本相对较高,但简单快捷,测定范围广,适合批量土壤样品检测。The research uses inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and turbidimetry as com-paring methods for the determination of available sulfur in soil.The results show that the linear relationship and detec-tion limits of the two methods can meet the requirements of the standard NY/T 1121.14-2023,and the detection limits of ICP-OES method are lower than those of turbidimetric method.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of ICP-OES method and turbidimetry method were in the range of1.61~3.25%and 2.13~5.46%,respectively,and the preci-sion of ICP-OES method was better.The measurement results of soil reference materials were within the controllable range of certificate values.Through the comparison test of actual soil samples,the cost of turbidimetric method is low,but the pretreatment is complex,the stability is poor,and it takes a long time,which is suitable for the analysis of a small amount of low concentration soil samples.On the contrary,ICP-OES method is relatively costly,but it is sim-ple and fast,and has a wide range of determination,which is suitable for batch soil sample testing.
