数字经济视角下黑龙江省物流业高质量发展研究

摘　　要：从产业数字化水平、物流基础配套、物流产业绩效、技术创新能力及绿色发展成效五个方面,构建数字经济视角下物流业高质量发展的评价指标体系,并以黑龙江2013-2021年物流业相关数据为样本,通过序关系法、熵权法、博弈论组合赋权法得到权重值,并采用TOPSIS法对数字经济视角下黑龙江省物流业高质量发展水平进行评价。研究结果表明:数字经济视角下,黑龙江省物流业高质量发展整体呈稳步上升态势,但每个阶段都存在不稳定因素。在数字经济背景下,黑龙江省物流业为实现高质量发展,必须加强产业数字化建设、完善物流基础设施、联合政企提升绩效、实现创新驱动新业态、倡导绿色物流。This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the logistics industry from the perspective of digital economy from five aspects:Industrial digitalization level,logistics infrastructure,logistics industry performance,technological innovation ability and green development effect.Taking the relevant data of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2013 to 2021 as samples,the weight value is obtained by the sequential relation method,entropy weight method and game theory combination weighting method.And adopt TOPSIS method to evaluate the high quality development level of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of digital economy.The results show that the high-quality development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province shows a steady upward trend from the perspective of digital economy,but there are unstable factors in each stage.In the context of digital economy,in order to achieve high-quality development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of industrial digitalization,improve logistics infrastructure,cooperate with government and enterprises to improve performance,realize innovation-driven new business forms,and advocate green logistics.
