摘 要:物流生产运营管理课程在物流相关专业中处于核心地位,优化物流生产运营管理课程教学设计与教学模式对于专业建设与人才培养都大有裨益。文章基于OBE理念,分析了物流生产运营管理课程的知识特点,提出“理论-案例-实验-实践”耦合模式的教学改革,让学生在日后的岗位上,能够以综合视角管理和协调物流和生产运营活动、物流规划与优化以及良好的协调与沟通,提高物流运作效率,确保其有效运营。从而达成本课程提高学生物流管理实践能力的教学目标,提高教学质量。The course of logistics production and operations management is in the core position of logistics related majors.Optimizing the teaching design and teaching mode of logistics production operation management course is of great benefit to professional construction and personnel training.Based on the concept of OBE,this paper analyzes the knowledge characteristics of the production operation management course,and proposes the teaching reform of the coupled model of"theory-case-experiment-practice".To enable students to manage and coordinate logistics and production operation activities,logistics planning and optimization as well as good coordination and communication from a comprehensive perspective in their future posts,improve the efficiency of logistics operation and ensure its effective operation.So as to achieve the teaching goal of improving students'practical ability of logistics management and improve the teaching quality.
