摘　　要：物流系统规划与设计是物流工程与管理专业的重要课程,在物流工程与管理专业的培养方案中占有重要地位。通过DEMATEL-AHP方法建立了由教学方法、教师素养、教学内容、教学效果四个维度及14个因素构成的物流系统规划与设计课程质量影响因素模型,并发掘影响物流系统规划与设计课程质量的关键因素,为物流系统规划与设计课程教学的改革提出合理化建议。Logistics system planning and design is an important course in logistics engineering and management,playing an important role in the training plan of logistics engineering and management.A logistics system planning and design course quality influencing factor model was established using the DEMATEL-AHP method,consisting of four dimensions:Teaching methods,teacher literacy,teaching content,and teaching effectiveness,as well as 14 factors.The key factors affecting the quality of logistics system planning and design courses were identified,and reasonable suggestions were proposed for the reform of logistics system planning and design course teaching.
