摘  要:以‘红宝石无核×SP6164’杂交后代为试材,设置不同颜色的光源及其组合,研究光质对‘红宝石无核’葡萄杂交胚挽救体系中胚发育、胚萌发及继代培养的影响。结果表明,在胚萌发阶段,红光能显著提高剥胚率和成苗率;而继代生长阶段,对11个相关指标进行了隶属函数分析,显示所有处理中以红/蓝/白12∶4∶4表现最好,隶属函数值达到0.7001,综合表现最优,为本研究中胚挽救苗正常生长的适宜光质。The hybrid offspring of'Ruby Seedless×SP6164'were used as test materials,and different colored light sources and their combinations were set up to investigate the effects of light quality on embryo development,embryo germination and subculture of'Ruby Seedless'seedlings.The results showed that red light could significantly increase the embryo stripping rate and seedling rate in the embryo germination stage.In the stage of subculture growth,the membership function analysis of 11 related indexes showed that the red/blue/white 12∶4∶4 was the best in all treatments,and the membership function value reached 0.7001,which was the optimal light quality for the normal growth of embryo rescue seedlings.
