摘  要:牵引变电所可以采用高压开关柜集中布置方式,以节约空间和减少维护工作量,避雷器作为重要的安全保护设备,与其他一次设备集中布置安装组成GIS柜。根据铁路规则要求,避雷器应周期进行试验,以保证其状态正常,但由于其运行工况和安装特点,不具备完成此项内容的条件。因此提出避雷器多通道同步在线检测方案,采集运行电压下的泄漏电流,利用硬件和软件尽可能消除运行条件下的谐波影响,然后进行傅立叶函数变换得到各频次的阻性电流和容性电流,并对结果进行分析,可以得出运行条件下的避雷器定性和定量的状态结果,解决了高速铁路GIS柜避雷器长期失检失修问题。Traction substation adopt high-voltage switchgear centralized arrangement to save space and reduce main⁃tenance workload.The lightning arrester is arranged and installed together with other primary equipment in a GIS cabinet.According to the requirements of railway rules,lightning arrester should be tested peri⁃odically to ensure state,but due to its operating conditions and installation characteristics,it does not have the conditions to complete this content.A multi-channel synchronous online detection scheme for ar⁃rester is proposed to collect the leakage current under the operating voltage,and use hardware and soft⁃ware to eliminate the harmonic influence under the operating conditions as far as possible.Then,the re⁃sistance current and capacitance current of each frequency are obtained by Fourier function transforma⁃tion,and the results are analyzed to obtain qualitative and quantitative status results of the arrester under the operating conditions.The problem of long term failure of inspection and repair of GIS cabinet arrester for high speed railway is solved.
