摘 要:铁路跨线人行天桥的定期检测和安全评估,是保证其结构安全应用的必要手段。为增进安全评估准确度,采用模型仿真与静动载试验相结合的全过程评估方法,对包神线新建东胜人行天桥工程进行安全性评估。结果表明:桥梁弦杆应变、挠度与荷载呈线性相关,在卸除荷载后,残余应变与最大应变之比≤20%,残余变形与最大变形之比≤20%,且应变测点及挠度测点实测数据均小于理论计算值;该桥前三阶的实测频率均大于理论数值,并且高阶次误差较小,该桥的实际结构刚度大于理论刚度,满足规范设计的承载力设计要求。Regular testing and safety assessment of railroad span footbridges are necessary to ensure the safe applica⁃tion of the structure.In order to improve the accuracy of the safety assessment,the whole process assess⁃ment method combining model simulation and static and dynamic load test was adopted to assess the safe⁃ty of the newlybuilt Dongsheng Pedestrian Bridge Overcrossing Baoshen Railway.The results show that:the strain and deflection of the bridge chords are linearly related to the load,and the ratio of residual strain to maximum strain is≤20%and the ratio of residual deformation to maximum deformation is≤20%after the load is removed,and the measured data of strain measurement points and deflection mea⁃surement points are smaller than the theoretical calculated values;the measured frequencies of the first three orders of the bridge are larger than the theoretical values,and the errors of the higher orders are smaller,and the actual structural stiffness of the bridge is larger than the theoretical stiffness.The actual structural stiffness of the bridge is greater than the theoretical stiffness.The Pedestrian bridge meets the specifications and design requirements.
