富氢竖炉直接还原用氧化球团矿制备研究

摘　　要：针对钢铁行业气基竖炉工艺对球团矿质量的高要求,为降低高品质铁精矿的进口量,进而降低气基竖炉用高品质球团矿的生产成本,通过对国产高品位铁精矿进行细磨处理,提高细度,并与性能较好的复合膨润土搭配使用,同时控制好球团焙烧的工艺过程,可以生产出指标满足气基竖炉直接还原使用的高品质球团矿。The gas-based shaft furnace process in the steel industry has high requirements for the quality of pellets.In order to reduce the import volume of high-quality iron concentrate and thus lower the production cost of high-quality pellets for gas-based shaft furnaces,domestic high-grade iron concentrate is finely ground to improve its fineness,and is used in combination with high-performance composite bentonite while the process of pellet roasting is well controlled,which can produce high-quality pellets that meet the requirements for direct reduction in gas-based shaft furnaces.
