摘 要:为探究不同催化剂体系下稀土顺丁橡胶结构对性能的影响,在仅改变主催化剂,其余副催化剂、防老剂、降黏剂均保持不变,对生胶性能、硫化胶性能进行了数据对比,并分析顺式含量、对各催化剂体系下稀土顺丁橡胶性能的影响,以及三种主催化剂体系稀土顺丁橡胶结构对生胶性能和硫化胶性能的影响程度。结果表明在使用Ⅱ催化剂体系时应充分关注结构对生胶性能的影响,在使用Ⅲ催化剂体系时应充分关注结构对硫化胶性能的影响,Ⅰ催化剂体系橡胶加工性能比Ⅱ、Ⅲ催化剂体系差。To investigate the effect of the structure of rare earth butadiene rubber on its performance under different catalyst systems,data comparison was conducted on the properties of raw rubber and vulcanized rubber,while only changing themain catalyst andkeeping the other by-products,antioxidants,and viscosity reducers unchanged.The influence of cis content on the properties of rare earth butadiene rubber under various catalyst systems was analyzed,And the degree to which the structure of rare earth butadiene rubber in threemain catalyst systems affects the properties of raw rubber and vulcanized rubber.The results indicate that when using the II catalyst system,attention should be paid to the influence of structure on the properties of raw rubber,and when using the III catalyst system,attention should be paid to the influence of structure on the properties of vulcanized rubber.The rubber processing performance of the I catalyst system is worse than that of the II and III catalyst systems.
