摘 要:针对普通稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐和水驱中存在热能利用率低、边水影响、水驱不受效的问题,转换开发方式,研究评价化学冷采降粘剂,降粘率达到90%以上,优化关井反应时间和应用选井条件,配套堵水堵窜与气体增能工艺,提高化学降粘冷采效果与效益,含水下降13个百分点,操作成本2054元/吨,探索提高稠油采收率新方向。In response to the problems of low thermal energy utilization,edge water influence,and ineffective waterflooding in steam huff and puff and waterflooding of ordinary heavy oil reservoirs,the developmentmethod was changed,and chemical cold recovery viscosity reducing agents were studied and evaluated,with a viscosity reduction rate of over 90%.The well closure reaction time and selection application conditions were optimized,and water plugging and gas energy enhancement processes werematched to improve the effectiveness and benefits of chemical cold recovery.The water content was reduced by 13 percentage points,and the operating cost was 2054 yuan/ton.This is to explore new directions for improving heavy oil recovery.
