摘  要:针对东海油气田近年井漏频发的现象,从东海的地质条件特征出发,细分井漏类型及成因,筛选出PF-LCLOCK和PF-BLN两类堵漏材料,并优化粒径组成配比;针对不同的漏速情形,形成多级承压堵漏技术。该技术在东海S4成功堵住漏速超过30m~3/h的恶性漏失,堵漏施工后地层承压能力超过10MPa,在后续钻井过程中未出现复漏情况,具有十分广阔的应用前景。In view of the frequent well leakage in the East China Sea oil and gasfield in recent years,according to the geological conditions of the East China Sea,the types and causes of well leakage are subdivided,and two kinds of leakage plugging materials,PF-LCLOCK and PF-BLN,are screened out,and the particle size composition ratio is optimized.According to different leakage rates,multi-level pressure plugging technology is formed.This technology has successfully plugged the malignant leakage with a leakage rate exceeding 30m3/h in S4 of the East China Sea,and the formation pressure capacity exceeds 10MPa after plugging construction,and there is no repeat leakage in the subsequent drilling process,which has a very broad application prospect.
