摘 要:在海洋石油钻井作业中,表层钻井是一口井的基石,承担着建立井口的重要责任,然而表层地质层位多为松散泥、粉砂质泥岩,其胶结疏松地层薄弱,易发生井壁坍塌,存在较高的卡钻风险。以南海东部某探井表层卡钻复杂情况为例,在常规处理方法无效时,通过下入小钻具冲洗被埋钻具最终成功解卡,为处理表层卡钻提供了新的技术思路。In offshore oil drilling operations,surface drilling is the cornerstone of a well and bears the important responsibility of establishing a wellhead.However,the geological layers on the surface are mostly loose mud and sandy mudstone,with weak cementing and loose formations,which are prone to wellbore collapse and pose a high risk of stuck drilling.This paper takes the complex situation of surface stuck drilling in a certain exploration well in the eastern South China Sea as an example,When conventional treatment methods are ineffective,the stuck drilling is successfully resolved byflushing the buried drilling tools with small drilling tools,providing a new technical approach for dealing with surface stuck drilling.
