摘　　要：对直读光谱仪分析钢中碳含量偏析进行研究。通过多点检测、制样深度、碳硫分析仪比对验证,找到最佳分析条件,确定相关控制措施,满足高碳钢检测准确度要求。This article studies the analysis of carbon content segregation in steel using a direct reading spectrometer.Through multi-point detection,sample preparation depth,and carbon sulfur analyzer comparison and verification,the optimal analysis conditions are found,and relevant control measures are determined to meet the accuracy requirements of high carbon steel detection.
