摘  要:以数字经济、人工智能为核心的新一轮技术革命,对工商管理类研究生培养模式提出了新要求。现有工商管理类研究生培养存在对创新能力重视不够、跨学科教学机制不完善、师资队伍建设不足等问题,难以满足社会对人才的需求。新文科背景下,工商管理类研究生教育应更新理念、重塑战略、创新培养模式,有序交叉与充分融合人才培养目标、招生考试、课程与教材建设、师资与团队建设、质量评价体系五个方面,构建出“双课堂、双导师、三阶段”三位一体的工商管理类研究生培养模式。文章旨在为国内高校加快推进高等教育现代化进程中工商管理硕士人才的培养模式提供思路借鉴和参考。The new round of technological revolution with digital economy and artificial intelligence as the core has put forward new requirements for the training mode of business administration postgraduates.The current training of business administration postgraduates has problems such as insufficient attention to innovation ability,imperfect interdisciplinary teaching mechanism,and insufficient teacher team construction,which makes it difficult to meet the social demand for talents.Under the background of new liberal arts,business administration postgraduate education should update its concept,reshape its strategy,innovate its training mode,orderly cross and fully integrate the five aspects of talent training objectives,enrollment and examination,curriculum and textbook construction,teacher and team construction,and quality evaluation system,so as to construct a trinity training mode of"double classrooms,double mentors,and three stages"for business administration postgraduates.This paper aims to provide ideas and references for domestic universities to accelerate the training mode of MBA talents in the process of higher education modernization.
