摘　　要：针对大型机械进入输电线路下方进行施工作业导致线路发生外破跳闸问题,文章借鉴森林防火卡口监控报警装置的设计思路,设计一种基于雷达的输电线路移动侦测监拍装置,安装于易发生突发性施工的地点入口处,当雷达侦测到有施工机械进入施工地点时,触发监拍装置拍照,图像识别为大型施工机械后,进行告警。In response to the problem of external damage and tripping caused by large machinery entering the transmission line for construction operations,this article draws on the design concept of forest fire prevention checkpoint monitoring and alarm devices,and designs a radar based transmission line movement detection and monitoring device.It is installed at the entrance of locations prone to sudden construction.When the radar detects construction machinery entering the construction site,it triggers the monitoring device to take photos.After the image is recognized as large construction machinery,an alarm is triggered.
