祛风解毒汤口服结合溻渍在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风解毒汤口服结合溻渍在慢性荨麻疹治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月广东省中山市火炬开发区人民医院收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组实施祛风解毒汤治疗,研究组口服祛风解毒汤结合溻渍外用治疗。比较两组患者瘙痒程度、生活和睡眠质量、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:用药后,研究组患者主观瘙痒症状视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性荨麻疹患者中,应用祛风解毒汤口服结合外用能够改善瘙痒程度,提高生活及睡眠质量,还可以增强治疗效果,减少不良反应。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of oral Qufengjiedu decoction combined with topical application in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Zhongshan Torch Development Zone People's Hospital in Guangdong Province from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)using a random number table.The control group was treated with oral Qufengjiedu decoction,while the study group combined external medicinal liquid application therapy on the basis of the control group.The pruritus severity,quality of life,sleep quality,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the study group had significantly lower Visual Analogve Scale(VAS)scores for pruritus,Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with chronic urticaria,the application of oral Qufengjiedu decoction combined with topical application can improve pruritus severity,quality of life,and sleep quality.It can also enhance treatment efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
