基于“阳微阴弦”理论探讨冠心病病机现代生物学内涵

摘　　要：该文从阳微阴弦角度认识现代医学冠心病线粒体质量控制失调、线粒体稳态失衡、炎症反应、血脂代谢紊乱等病机,探讨了阳微阴弦理论的现代生物学内涵。根据阴阳属性解析冠心病线粒体稳态、线粒体质量控制、炎症反应、细胞凋亡之间的动态平衡。阳微的本质与受损心肌细胞线粒体能量代谢下降、线粒体呼吸功能受损、线粒体融合/裂变失衡、线粒体自噬抑制、细胞凋亡相关。阴弦的本质与氧化应激产物增多、炎性产物堆积、血管内皮受损、血脂代谢紊乱相关。线粒体稳态失衡-线粒体质量监测网络崩溃-炎症反应之间协同串扰,共同介导了冠心病发展。这种协同保护的平衡机制与冠心病“阴阳失调”理论相契合。This article examines the modern biological implications of the Yang deficiency and Yin excess theory and explains how mitochondrial quality control disorders,mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance,inflammatory response,and blood lipid metabolism disorders contribute to the pathogenesis of modern medical coronary heart disease.Analyzing the dynamic balance between mitochondrial homeostasis,mitochondrial quality control,inflammatory response,and apoptosis in coronary heart disease based on the yin and yang attributes.Reducing mitochondrial energy metabolism of injured cardiomyocytes,compromised mitochondrial respiration,an imbalance in mitochondrial fusion/fission,suppression of mitophagy,and death of cells are all associated with the nature of Yang deficiency.The key components of Yin excess are associated with elevated oxidative stress products,inflammatory product buildup,endothelial damage,and blood vessel disorders.The development of coronary heart disease is concurrently mediated by a synergistic interaction between mitochondrial homeostasis imbalance,mitochondrial quality monitoring network collapse,and inflammatory response.The“Yin and Yang imbalance”theory of coronary heart disease is consistent with this well-balanced process of synergistic protection.
