从“脾主肌肉”理论探讨肌少症和骨关节炎发病相关性研究进展

摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来,由衰老导致的疾病将会日渐增多,肌少症是一种近些年来提出的由于衰老导致的疾病,指的是与年龄相关的肌肉力量下降、骨骼肌质量和功能的退行性丧失,通常导致虚弱、残疾和死亡。骨关节炎作为一种常见的关节退行性疾病,影响着全球超过2.5亿患者,是导致残疾的第五大原因。骨关节炎和肌少症同为老年人常见疾病,随着专家学者的深入研究,发现肌少症与骨关节炎在发病机制上密切相关,二者可互相影响。该文从中医“脾主肌肉”理论角度结合中医经典原文对两种疾病的发病机制进行阐述,并结合现代医学研究从两种疾病的共同发病因素如肌肉力量、肌肉质量、炎症、雌激素等方面阐述二者发病的密切联系。With the advent of aging society,diseases caused by aging will increase day by day.Sarcopenia is a disease caused by aging proposed in recent years,which refers to age-related muscle strength decline and degenerative loss of skeletal muscle mass and function,usually leading to weakness,disability and death.Osteoarthritis,a common degenerative disease of the joints,affects more than 250 million patients worldwide and is the fifth leading cause of disability.Osteoarthritis and sarcopenia are common diseases of the elderly.With the in-depth research of experts and scholars,it is found that sarcopenia and osteoarthritis are closely related in the pathogenesis,and the two can influence each other.This paper expounds the pathogenesis of the two diseases from the perspective of the theory of“spleen governing muscle”in traditional Chinese medicine combined with the original Chinese classic text,and expounds the close relationship between the two diseases from the common pathogenesis factors of the two diseases,such as muscle strength,muscle mass,inflammation,estrogen and so on.
