摘　　要：诃子广泛应用于各种传统医药体系中,被称为“藏药之王”“蒙药之王”,具有涩肠止泻、敛肺止咳、降火利咽的功效,临床常用于肺虚喘咳、久嗽不止、咽痛音哑等多种病证。通过查阅近几年国内外文献,对诃子的化学成分和药理作用进行了综述。结果显示,诃子化学成分丰富多样,主要包括鞣质类(31种)、酚酸类(15种)、三萜类(13种)等。现代药理学研究表明,诃子提取物具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、肝保护、神经保护等多种药理活性。该文系统阐述了诃子的化学成分及药理作用,为诃子的深入研究和开发利用提供理论依据。通过对其化学成分和药理作用的研究,可以更好地了解和应用诃子,为临床治疗提供更多有效的治疗方案,也为传统医药的传承和发展提供了有力支持。Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)was widely used in various traditional medicine systems,is known as the“king of Tibetan medicine”“king of Mongolian medicine”,with astringent bowel diarrhea,lung cough,fire and pharynx effects,clinical commonly used in lung deficiency cough,cough for a long time,sore throat hoarseness and other diseases.The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)were reviewed by consulting the literature at home and abroad in recent years.It turns out,the chemical compounds of Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)are rich and diverse,mainly including tannins(31 species),phenolic acids(15 species),triterpenoids(13 species),etc.Modern pharmacological research shows that the extract of Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)has many pharmacological action,such as antioxidation,antibacterial,anti-tumor,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,liver protection,neuroprotective and so on.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)were systematically described,which provided theoretical basis for the further research,development and utilization of Hezi(Chebulae Fructus).Through the study of its chemical composition and pharmacological action,we can better understand and apply Hezi(Chebulae Fructus)and provide more effective therapeutic schemes for clinical treatment,it also provides strong support for the inheritance and development of traditional medicine.
