针刺人迎穴治疗高血压病机制研究现状

摘　　要：人迎穴是针灸临床要穴,同时也是公认的降压效穴,其作为“活血散风”降压针刺法的主穴,在治疗高血压病方面具有良好的疗效。针刺人迎穴的降压机制主要与提高血管压力感受性反射、改善血管重构、抗氧化功能、影响基因表达、影响中枢神经系统、调节血管内皮功能等方面相关。文章将通过对以往研究中的重要成果加以概括,从而进一步阐明针人迎穴对防治高血压病的功能机制,以期进一步深入探讨高血压病的形成机制和临床应用人迎穴的思路方法。Renying(ST9)is a key point in acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is also a recognized antihypertensive effect point.As the main point of“activating blood circulation and dispersing wind”antihypertensive acupuncture method,it has good curative effect in the treatment of hypertension.The antihypertensive mechanism of acupuncture at Renying(ST9)is mainly related to improving vascular baroreceptor reflex,improving vascular remodeling,antioxidant function,affecting gene expression,affecting central nervous system and regulating vascular endothelial function.This paper will summarize the important results of previous studies,so as to further clarify the functional mechanism of acupuncture Renying(ST9)on the prevention and treatment of hypertension,in order to further explore the formation mechanism of hypertension and the clinical application of Renying(ST9).
