中医药调控相关信号通路防治卵巢早衰研究进展

摘　　要：卵巢早衰是多种因素所致卵巢损伤,目前西医治疗卵巢早衰的方法较为单一,主要以雌激素替代疗法为主,其临床治疗效果不佳且不良反应大;与此相比,中医药治疗卵巢早衰具有独特优势,其安全性高、不良反应小。卵巢早衰的发病机制较为复杂,其主要与氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等生物过程有关。近年来多项研究证实,中医药能通过介导机体内相关信号通路而干预卵巢早衰的进展,但目前尚无文章系统地将卵巢早衰所涉及的相关通路进行总结与阐述,故文章通过查阅与整理国内外相关文献,归纳总结出中医药干预卵巢早衰的相关通路,其主要与PI3K/AKT、PI3K/AKT/mTOR、TGF-β/Smads、PI3K/AKT/FOXO3a、Wnt/β-catenin、雌激素信号通路等相关信号通路有关,并阐明该相关通路干预卵巢早衰的具体作用机制。该文对中医药通过调控相关信号通路治疗卵巢早衰进行综述,为临床治疗卵巢早衰提供新思路与新方向。Premature ovarian failure is a kind of ovarian injury caused by many factors.At present,the method of Western medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure is relatively single,mainly based on estrogen replacement therapy,and its clinical treatment effect is not good and side effects are large.Compared with this,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of premature ovarian failure,with high safety and small side effects.The pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is complex,which is mainly related to biological processes such as oxidative stress,inflammatory response and apoptosis.In recent years,a number of studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can interfere with the progress of premature ovarian failure by mediating related signaling pathways in the body.However,there is no systematic summary and elaboration of the related pathways involved in premature ovarian failure.Therefore,this article summarizes the related pathways of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in premature ovarian failure by consulting and sorting out relevant literatures at home and abroad,which are mainly related to PI3K/AKT,PI3K/AKT/mTOR,TGF-β/Smads,PI3K/AKT/FOXO3a,Wnt/β-catenin,estrogen signaling pathway and other related signaling pathways.And clarify the specific mechanism of this related pathway to intervene in premature ovarian failure.This article reviews the treatment of premature ovarian failure by traditional Chinese medicine by regulating related signaling pathways,and provides new ideas and new directions for clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure.
