摘　　要：肥胖是全球性的公共卫生问题,与多种代谢性疾病的发病高度相关。肥胖主要是由于人体对于热量的摄入大于消耗,脂肪组织过度积聚所导致的。脂肪组织大致分为棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)和白色脂肪组织(white adipose tissue,WAT),通过某些诱导因素可以提高白色脂肪组织中的一些转录因子及蛋白(解偶联蛋白1、过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体γ和PR结构域蛋白16等)的表达,从而诱导白色脂肪组织棕色化,能显著促进机体的能量消耗,从而能够有效地治疗肥胖。因此探究其白色脂肪棕色化的相关机制以及诱导因素对治疗肥胖具有十分重要的意义。该文从运动、饮食、现代医学研究、中药、针灸等角度论述了治疗肥胖与白色脂肪棕色化之间的关系,以期对临床中治疗肥胖和白色脂肪棕色化的研究提供参佐。Obesity is a global public health problem and is highly associated with the development of several metabolic diseases.Obesity is roughly caused by the body's intake of more calories than it burns,resulting in an excessive accumulation of adipose tissue.Adipose tissue is roughly divided into brown adipose tissue(brown adipose tissue,BAT)and white adipose tissue(white adipose tissue,WAT),through certain inducing factors can increase the expression of some transcription factors and proteins in white adipose tissue(uncoupling protein 1,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ,and PR domain containing protein 16,etc.),which can induce the browning of white adipose tissue,which can significantly promote the body's energy expenditure,and thus can be effective in treating obesity.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the mechanisms related to the browning of white fat and the inducing factors for the treatment of obesity.This article discusses the relationship between the treatment of obesity and white fat browning from the perspectives of exercise,diet,modern medical research,traditional Chinese medicine,and acupuncture,with a view to providing references to the study of the treatment of obesity and white fat browning in clinical settings.
