摘 要:本文采用案例研究方法,基于数字化视角下深入分析国际四大粮商在农业社会化服务领域实现产品控制到服务控制的升级现象。结论显示:国际四大粮商农业社会化服务的数字化转型突破了简单的传统实体企业形式,实现了企业组织边界的消失;国际四大粮商在进行农业社会化服务中控制的重点不再是化肥、农药、种子等生产资料,而是注重操控数字化信息、技术资源以及与农民的契约关系;通过布局农业生产服务全产业链,尤其布局数字金融服务链,实现了对农村“地权”和“粮权”的掌控。据此提出中国涉农企业应加快培育数字金融服务链,打造数字金融+生产、销售、物流、仓储的农业社会化服务模式,加快构建农资、技术、信息、烘干仓储、物流等全环节集成式服务,打造数字化集成式农业生产解决方案。同时,本文提出应加强农业社会化服务品牌建设,充分释放农业社会化服务品牌影响力和辐射力等建议。From a digital perspective,this paper employs the case study method to deeply analyze the upgrading phenomenon from product control to service control in the agricultural service sector of the four international grain merchants(ADM,Bunge,Cargill and Louis Dreyfus).The conclusion shows that:the digital transformation of the agricultural socialization service of the four international grain merchants breaks through the simple form of traditional entity enterprises and realizes the disappearance of the boundary of enterprise organization;the focus of the control of the four international grain merchants in the agricultural socialization service is no longer the production materials such as fertilizer,pesticide and seed,but focuses on the control of digital information,technical resources and the contractual relationship with farmers;through the layout of the whole industrial chain of agricultural production services,especially the layout of the digital financial service chain,they have realized the control of the“land right”and“food right”in rural areas.Therefore,it is proposed that Chinese agricultural enterprises should accelerate the cultivation and construction of the digital financial service chain,create the agricultural socialization service mode of digital finance&production,sales,logistics and storage,accelerate the construction of integrated services of agricultural materials,technology,information,drying storage,logistics and other links,and create digital integrated agricultural production solutions.At the same time,Chinese agricultural enterprises should strengthen the brand construction of agricultural socialization service,and fully release the influence and radiation of agricultural socialization service brands.
