摘  要:目的建立同时测定清热祛瘀液中丹皮酚、木香烃内酯和去氢木香烃内酯的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用CAPCELL PAK C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长:215 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果丹皮酚在浓度范围0.7541~60.3291μg/ml(r=0.9996)、木香烃内酯在浓度范围1.1563~92.5074μg/ml(r=0.9999)、去氢木香烃内酯在浓度范围1.3818~110.5445μg/ml(r=0.9998),线性良好,三种物质检出限(LOD)为0.01~0.04μg/ml、定量限(LOQ)为0.03~0.13μg/ml;三种物质平均回收率为97.0%~103.5%,回收率RSD为1.3%~1.8%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,准确度高,可用于清热祛瘀液的含量测定及质量控制。Objective A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of paeonol,coxylanolide and dehydrocoxylanolide in Qingre Quyu Liquids.Methods CAPCELL PAK C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)were selected,mobile phase was methanol-water(70:30),flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength:215 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and sample intake was 10μl.Results Paeonol,coxylanolide and dehydrocoxylanolide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.7541~60.3291μg/ml(r=0.9996),1.1563~92.5074μg/ml(r=0.9999),1.3818~110.5445μg/ml(r=0.9998),the decection limit for the three substances was 0.01~0.04μg/ml,LOQ was 0.03~0.13μg/ml;the average recovery rate of the three substances were 97.0%~103.5%,the RSD were 1.3%~1.8%(n=6).Conclusion This method is easy to operate,with good repeatability and high accuracy,can be used for the content determination and quality control of Qingre Quyu Liquids.
