右美托咪定术前15 min单次缓慢静脉注射方案在妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究右美托咪定术前15 min单次缓慢静脉注射方案在妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取某院2021年1月~2023年6月纳入的60例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(持续静脉注射方案,30例)和观察组(单次缓慢静脉注射方案,30例)。比较两组患者麻醉恢复指标、生命体征及不良反应发生情况。结果和对照组相比,观察组麻醉恢复指标时间较短、不良反应总发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组相比,观察组气腹后40 min,心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用右美托咪定术前15 min单次缓慢静脉注射方案麻醉效果较好,能够维持患者生命体征平稳,缩短拔管时间,促进患者恢复清醒,同时能够减少麻醉相关不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of single slow intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine 15 min before operation in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients enrolled in a hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(continuous intravenous injection program,30 cases)and the observation group(single slow intravenous injection program,30 cases)according to random number method.Anesthesia recovery indexes,vital signs and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time of anesthesia recovery index was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,HR and MAP in the observation group were lower 40 min after pneumoperitoneum,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The single slow intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine 15 min before operation has a good anesthetic effect in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,which can maintain the stable vital signs of patients,shorten the time of extubation,promote the recovery of patients,and reduce anesthesiation-related adverse reactions,with high safety.
