摘 要:为解决建筑工程质量验收中对于外观质量的指标评价造成的效率与误差问题,提出了一种适用于现场定量测试工程实体外观质量缺陷的检测方法。该方法基于相关专业技术标准中关于产品瑕疵面积或板材粘结面积量化测试原理的引用、补充、细化与拓展,通过预判缺陷形状,按照既定规则测量缺陷的相关尺寸参数,依据公式计算外观缺陷面积。经大量工程实践应用与对比分析验证,该检测技术能为施工过程质量控制和工程质量验收环节提供有效的数据与证据,具有定量判定、高效快速、准确可靠的优点,在施工质量检测与工程质量鉴定中取得了较好的应用效果。In order to solve the efficiency and error problems caused by the evaluation of appearance quality indicators in construction project quality acceptance,a detection method suitable for on-site quantitative testing of appearance quality defects of engineering entities was proposed.This method is based on the reference,supplement,refinement,and expansion of quantitative testing principles for product defect area or plate bonding area in relevant professional technical standards.By predicting the shape of defects,measuring the relevant size parameters of defects according to established rules,and calculating the appearance defect area based on formulas.Through a large number of engineering practice applications and comparative analysis,it has been verified that this detection technology can provide effective data and evidence for the construction process quality control and engineering quality acceptance,and has the advantages of quantitative judgment,efficiency,speed,accuracy,and reliability.It has achieved good application results in construction quality detection and engineering quality evaluation.
