定型木制圆柱模板施工技术应用

摘　　要：随着建筑行业大力发展,高层及超高层建筑在我国大量新建,规模较大的基础设施、城市大型综合项目、复杂多变的大型建筑结构体系,工程质量要求高,施工技术复杂,大多设计有圆形柱。传统圆柱定型钢模板体系,定制时间长、自重大、现场二次加工复杂。论文阐述定型木制圆柱模板系统,在高温及高压作用下,定型出不同弧度及不同直径的圆柱模板,最终用于圆柱成型及混凝土浇筑使用。With the construction industry,high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings are built in large numbers,large-scale infrastructure and urban complex museum projects,highways rapid development,modern large-scale building system,engineering quality requirements are high,complex construction technology,most are designed with round columns.Traditional cylindrical steel formwork system,customization time is long,heavy,site secondary processing complex.This paper describes the system of molding wooden cylindrical formwork,through high temperature and high-pressure molding to achieve different radians and different diameters,thus used to complete the molding of the column and concrete pouring,the template interface adopts concave-convex groove,make custom formwork stitching tight,prevent running and leakage of slurry,concrete is not only fast,it also has the effect of stability and reinforcement.
