危标R值法失效的情况及解决办法研究

摘　　要：论文根据某三层砖墙木屋盖的混合结构的鉴定评判,提出了多个基于JGJ 125-2016《危险房屋鉴定标准》中R值法的房屋鉴定评判失效的情况,这类情况计算的R值较小,最终房屋危险性评定为B级。然而这类情况的房屋状况较危险,实际房屋危险性更接近C级的释义。论文提出了将危标中的房屋危险性等级B级分成B1和B2两类的解决方法。经验证,该方法解决了被评判为B级但房屋实际状况较为危险的评判失效情况。This paper lists the mixed structure of a three-story brick wall and wood roof;several judging failure cases of dangerous building appraisal are proposed through this model,cases are based on R-value method of“Standard for Dangerous Building Appraisal”(JGJ 125-2016).The R value of the cases listed in this paper is small,and the final dangerous level of the building is“B”.However,the building condition in this kind of situation is more dangerous,and the actual dangerous level of the building is closer to the“C”.This paper presents a solution that is to divide the dangerous level“B”into“B1”and“B2”.After verification,this method solves the problem of judging failure cases that the building condition is more dangerous while the final dangerous level of the building is“B”.
