摘　　要：建筑现浇结构为防止收缩或沉降产生裂缝,需要在相应位置留设后浇带,并应在结构封顶若干时间后进行封闭,对于地下室外墙后浇带,因留置时间过长,基坑不能及时回填而存在安全隐患,现场施工多采取超前止水措施提前封闭后浇带。论文针对现浇导墙及砖砌护墙等传统工艺的局限性,采用模数化预制盖板实现外墙超前止水,兼具后浇带封闭及保护后浇带钢筋双重功能,确保地下结构及防水工程施工质量,消除基坑长时间暴露的安全隐患,为主体工程施工尽早提供工作面,促进降本增效,加快施工进度。In order to prevent cracks caused by shrinkage or settlement in cast-in-place structures of high-rise buildings,it is necessary to leave post pouring strips at corresponding positions and seal them after a certain period of time when the structure is capped.For the post pouring strips of basement exterior walls,safety hazards exist due to the long retention time and the inability to backfill the foundation pit in a timely manner.In on-site construction,advanced water stop measures are often taken to seal the post pouring strips in advance.This article addresses the limitations of traditional techniques such as cast-in-place guide walls and brick parapets.Modular prefabricated cover plates are used to achieve advanced water stop for external walls,with dual functions of sealing the post pouring strip and protecting the waterproof layer.This ensures the construction quality of underground structures and waterproof engineering,eliminates safety hazards exposed for a long time in the foundation pit,provides a working surface for the main project construction as soon as possible,promotes cost reduction and efficiency increase,and accelerates the construction progress.
