摘 要:该研究旨在探讨三维石墨烯/碳纳米管复合材料的生产方法和其超电容特性。用平衡沉积法制备Ni-Mg-Al三元金属氧化物(TMO),并用一步化学气相沉积法(CVD),以CH4为碳源,Ar为保护气体,通过Ni的原位还原过程,成功制备出碳纳米管(CNTs),并且在Mg与Al的金属氧化物中形成石墨烯(GR)。最后采取水热处理方式,有效剔除TMO,成功生产出三维石墨烯(3DGR)/CNTs的混合物。同时通过调节Ni、Mg和Al 3种金属离子的摩尔比、生长温度和生长时间,并借助3DGR/CNTs复合材料的结构和电容特性,来对CNTs和GR 2种成分的生长动力学差异进行适当的管理和改善。经过研究,发现CNTs复合材料的电子传输路径得到CNTs与GR的共同作用,这对于显著提高其导电特性,进一步增强其电容性能具有积极影响。The purpose of this study is to explore the production methods and supercapacitance properties of three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube composites.Ni-Mg-Al ternary metal oxides(TMO)were prepared by equilibrium deposition,and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were successfully prepared by one-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)with CH4 as carbon source and Ar as protective gas.Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were successfully prepared by in-situ reduction of Ni,and graphene(GR)was formed in the metal oxides of Mg and Al.Finally,the mixture of CNTs/three-dimensional graphene(3DGR)was successfully produced by hydrothermal treatment to remove TMO effectively.At the same time,by adjusting the molar ratio of Ni,Mg and Al metal ions,growth temperature and growth time,and with the help of the structure and capacitance characteristics of CNTs/3DGR composites,the growth kinetic differences of CNTs and GR were properly managed and improved.Through research,it is found that the electron transmission path of CNTs composites is the joint action of CNTs and GR,which has a positive effect on significantly improving its electrical conductivity and further enhancing its capacitance properties.
