摘　　要：该文探讨塑料瓶盖瑕疵分拣产线的研发过程,分析产线的机械结构与电气系统的设计方案。在机械结构方面,设计上料机构和理料机构。在电气系统方面,该产线采用先进的控制技术和智能化设备。该文的研究不仅为塑料瓶盖瑕疵分拣产线的设计提供理论支持和实践经验,还为其他类似产线的研发提供参考。This paper explores the research and development process of the plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line,and analyzes the design scheme of the mechanical structure and electrical system of the production line.In terms of mechanical structure,the feeding mechanism and material handling mechanism are designed.In terms of electrical system,the production line adopts advanced control technology and intelligent equipment.The research of this paper not only provides theoretical support and practical experience for the design of plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line,but also provides reference for the research and development of other similar production lines.
