旅游城镇化与居民幸福水平测度及关系研究——以凤凰县为例

摘　　要：旅游城镇化是提升居民幸福水平的重要前提,提升居民幸福水平是旅游城镇化的发展目标。厘清旅游城镇化与居民幸福水平的耦合协调关系,对于我国推进以人为核心的新型城镇化和提升居民幸福水平具有重要意义。在探究旅游城镇化与居民幸福水平提升的耦合协调机制基础上,运用熵权法和障碍度模型分析凤凰县2001—2020年旅游城镇化和居民幸福水平及主要障碍因子,采用耦合协调度模型和灰色关联度实证检验二者之间的关系。研究发现:(1)2001—2020年凤凰县旅游城镇化水平和居民幸福水平呈现增长态势,二者的共同演化阶段可划分为提升期、悖离期和蝶变期,耦合协调度类型由严重失调转变为初级协调;(2)凤凰县旅游城镇化的主要障碍因子是人口城镇化和生态城镇化的发展滞后,居民幸福水平的主要障碍因子是公共服务体系不完备和生态文化建设不健全;(3)旅游城镇化系统中的人口与经济、旅游业发展、社会保障和空间城镇化对居民幸福水平的影响强度最大。因此,在推动旅游城镇化过程中,必须综合考虑多因素影响,确保居民幸福水平得到有效提升。Clarifying the coupled and coordinated relationship between tourism urbanization and residents’happiness level is of great significance for China’s promotion of human-centered new urbanization and enhancement of residents’happiness level.This paper applies entropy weight method and barrier degree model to analyze the levels of tourism urbanization and residents’happiness level and their respective main barrier factors in Fenghuang County from 2001 to 2020,adopting the coupled coordination degree model and grey correlation to explore the relationship between tourism urbanization and residents’happiness level.The results show that:(1)The level of tourism urbanization and the level of residents’happiness show continuous growth,with their common evolution phase being divided into enhancement period,paradoxical period and butterfly period,and the type of coupling degree of coordination of the two changes from serious dissonance to primary coordination;(2)The main obstacle of tourism urbanization in Fenghuang County is the lagging development of population urbanization and ecological urbanization,and the main obstacle of residents’happiness level is the incomplete public service system and the incomplete construction of ecological culture;(3)Population and economy,tourism development,social security and spatial urbanization in the tourism urbanization system have the strongest influence on residents’happiness level.Therefore,in the process of promoting tourism urbanization,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the impact of multiple factors to ensure that the level of residents’happiness is effectively enhanced.
